1971 Fiat 850 Spider - Nice Car or Parts Car?

The seller starts off his ad by calling this a "very, very nice little Fiat". But then he seems to be saying that the rebuilt engine and transmission would be perfect for someone restoring a Fiat 500 or 600.

If the pictures are recent, the car looks to be in pretty good shape. The 850 Spider had real problems with the suspension rusting out, but if that's the case, it's not mentioned.
