1992 BMW 325i - This is a grey market E36.

It's not very different from the E36 we got here in the US, but different enough to make it interesting.

It needs a little bit of work, but nothing serious.

The asking price is a reasonable $3000.00.

1/23/11 update - This car is now listed on eBay. You can find the listing here.

1987 Maserati 425I - As I've written a million times, I have this inexplicable "thing" for Maserati Biturbos.

The 425I is a stretched, 4 door version of the Biturbo.

By the time the 425I was introduced many of the problems that plagued the early Biturbos had been cured. The "I" is for injected, and that was the biggest change. Early Biturbos used a carburetor, after 1987, they were fuel injected.

There are two issues with this car. It has some early rust. As Rustoleum and later Neil Young said, "rust never sleeps" and that will need to be attended to right away. It also has a crack in the windshield. The seller recommends getting it repaired with epoxy (it may be too big, however), but if you go the new windshield route it's going to cost you around $1000.00.

Having said all that, this is a very cool car that I'd love to own.

Lancia Flaminia Berlina - Under 4000 of these were built between 1957 and 1970. (This car is not a 1973 as the seller states.) Not many are left. In its day it was a beautifully engineered, luxurious sedan. (You can find a February 2009 post about another Flaminia here.)

This car's "day" came and went a long time ago. It's in rough shape.

The seller leaves no information or price and just three - not very good - pictures.

I'd love to see this car back on the road. Anyone crazy brave enough to take it on?

1965 Chevy C-20 Pick Up Truck - Use your best Grandpa Simpson voice and say "Now this was when a pick up truck was really a truck."

This pick up has a 3 speed on the column and a big under dash e-brake lever. It has no airbags, no shoulder belts and no padding on the dash. Even the door panels are steel.

This is a great looking old truck.
