The 'crystal' look was made in 3ds Max Studio and since I had trouble creating the look I wanted I.. ah.. erm.. it got a bit touched up by a friend :P!
Anyways I took it from there in photoshop, adding the black bar setting opacity to see-through but strong, added a pattern I made myself (pixel grid) and touched it up again and again till I hit it.
This took me like half n hour to do (not including 3dsmax)!
I kind of wanted to do cool tutorials on cracks and snags, and all sorts of other shiznit.. since you guys asked on my footer, I forgot the other cool ones :(

The lawmakers in the senate, I believe, have already left for the easter break. If, I am correct, last year, senate was already negotiating the bill, at this time and left for easter break without finalizing. However, this year the story is entirely different. Nobody have even INTRODUCED the bill yet in the senate. As, per Harry Reid, the senate is gonna discuss the bill, in the last two weeks of May. But the question, I have is within this six weeks, would it be possible for the senate to table a bill, negotiate it ine the senate judiciary committee and bring it to vote in the senate?

A lot of things can be done. A good start is to organize various events like meet and greets through state chapters, bring in more people, inclucate a sense of "oneness" - baby sit people on unity and try to make people feel a sense for the community. Develop business networking, help with job networks, help with immigration issues etc....

Since they are ready to discriminate on the basis of nationality (err...place of birth), to ensure 'fair' GC distribution, they should do it on a region-wise basis for India and China, because, states in these two countries are as large as entire countries; its time the Shahs, Parikhs, Patels and Venkats were stopped for a few years to give other Indians a chance....
If quotas can't be eliminated perhaps they can be redefined......united we are failing...divided we can win.....two states shouldn't be allowed to capture all visa numbers for India....:mad:

I do not want to be in the same quota as certain two Indian states (its actually just one state, the other state is clogging FB more than EB...) responsible for this mess, and some one from Sikkim should be given preference over me by this logic.....

This is only convienient for those who work in NYC that too this is during weekday.What I feel is it should be in weekend that too in a place where it is convienient for the most of the people in NY/NJ/CT area.If I have come from Albany,NY along with Wife and Kid and I guess there are many members who are in my situation.Bear Mountain, NY.I guess It's convienient for most of the people.for me It's 2 hrs drive.Correct me I am wrong.

This is purely political, after bush annouced support for McCain, republicans have to do something to get more vote from labor unions or workers which are generally get along good with democratic party. The reason is , the time they have selected to bring this up. Otherwise, the firm has long history of practice, whatever happened might not be something new. But this might be a good point in current economic condition to make a political issue and attract democratic voters. I wonder why Fragoman is not issueing any statement. Does the firm already know why this happened and is in confidence that this is just a political gimick? Why leading news company like CNN is giving importance to this? Is this something coming from top? DOL looks like fearless while issuing that statement. Looks like somebody has put his hand on his head and said DO NOT WORRY. 1) What is my role?
2) How long I have been in USA?

And I still on H1B, my lawer said nothing needs to be done immediatly but when my new I 94 expires I have to either file new H1b or switch to AC21.
