1960 Chevy Corvair - The last Corvairs to roll off the assembly line were pretty sporty cars. They had great looking bodies, powerful 110 and 140 HP engines and a fully independent suspension. In many ways, they were America's Porsche.

The first Corvairs had little sporting pretense. They were America's Volkswagen Beetle. This is one of those cars.

This 1960 Corvair is about as plain as they came. It has a bench seat, an 80 HP engine and a 2 speed Powerglide automatic transmission (which was an option - a 3 speed manual was standard).

It's cool to see a car like this in this condition. The seller claims is has just 58,260 miles on it. He says it needs interior work, but based on the pictures, it doesn't look too bad.

1970 Intermeccanica Italia - There are very few, if any, cars prettier than an Italia. I've written about them before. You can find an early post, with some Intermeccanica history, here.

Anyone interested in a used soul? I'd sell mine for this car.

1990 Audi Coupe Quattro - I've never understood why these cars aren't more popular than they are. They're nice looking, perform great and are fairly rare. But, hey, that lack of recognition is great for us car geeks. Audi Coupe Quattros sell for relatively little money.

This car is being described as a project. If you're not looking for a show car, it's not much of a project. All it needs to be a respectable driver is a new master cylinder.

Depending what the reserve is, this car could be a very cool daily driver or, with its AWD system, a very classy winter-beater.
