According to the seller this is one of three Dodge Charger convertibles. The conversion was done by Coach Conversions, Inc., a Van Nuys, California company.
This is not a great looking car with the top up, but it's not too bad with the top down. Except of the missing roof, everything else about this car is straight 1982 Dodge Charger. The engine is Chrysler's ubiquitous 2.2 liter 4. Known more for its fuel economy than performance, it put out a whopping 84 HP.
This is probably not a car you'd want to buy as an everyday car, but it would be pretty cool to bring to Mopar shows.

1986 Mecrury ASC McLaren - Another rare US convertible. This one looks pretty good with the top up and has a couple of famous names attached to it; McLaren and ASC. McLaren designed the suspension and ASC built the car. From everything I've read and heard, these were very well built cars. Just over 500 were built.
This car has just over 63,000 miles on it and looks great.
This would be a very cool alternative to a run-of-the-mill Mustang convertible.

1991 Lotus Elan - The M100 Elan is a very under appreciated car. Yeah, it's FWD and yes, it has an Isuzu engine in it, but it handles as well as any 1991 sports car, and that Isuzu engine moved the Elan to 60 MPH in 6.7 seconds. Best of all, this is a reliable Lotus. There is no real weak spot, other than a the Cam Angle Sensor, which tends to corrode. It's replaceable and even repairable, if you know what you're doing.
This car has just over 27,000 miles on it. Prices of the M100 Elan have slowly been creeping up. It will be interesting to see what this one sells for.

1967 Ford Fairlane - I was taking a walk with a friend the other night and we spotted one of these in someone's driveway. (The one we saw was a 2 door hardtop, not a convertible.) I had forgotten how huge these cars were. The Fairlane has a 116" wheelbase... A Hummer H3 has "just" a 112" wheelbase.
This is not my type of car, but if it's you're into them, this one appears to be in nice condition. The seller says the engine, a 289 ci V8, has 6,000 miles on a rebuild and the car was painted 3 years ago.
