1993 Volvo 240 - This car is in incredible condition. It looks like new.

The 240 is legendary for its longevity. 200K miles is is routine, 300K miles is common.

This one has just 24,000 miles on it. Everything about it, including the paint, is original.

Good, low mileage, 240s are starting to sell for real money. It will be interesting to see what this car is bid up to.

A big thanks to JaCG reader, Mike, for sending me the link to this car.

1975 Cosworth Vega - This could be titled "When Bad Cars (Almost) Go Good".

As I wrote in an earlier post about a Cosworth Vega, you have to give GM credit for having the guts to build this car. Too bad it takes more than guts to build a great car.

The Cosworth Vega wasn't great, but it was pretty good. 60 MPH came in the 10 second range and the handling was very good.

Just over 3500 of these cars were built. Abuse, neglect and rust took their toll on many of them.

This one has just 17,000 miles on it. The seller describes it as "100%original and unmolested". The asking price is $5300.00, or best offer.

1968 Kougar Sport - I've never seen one of these in person. Kougar, to the best of my knowledge, is still in business in the UK.

The Kougar Sport used Jaguar components. They were sold in kit form or completely assembled.

These cars are quick. They weigh around 2000 lbs and, depending on which Jaguar engine was used and how it was set up, reached 60 MPH in the 5 - 7 second range.

This car has 14K miles on it and is RHD. It appears to be in very, very, nice shape.
