As Shawn Colvin sang, "It's time for a few small repairs..."
I received an e-mail from JaCG reader, Tom, a few weeks ago. He suggested a few changes I should make to Just a Car Geek. They were very good ideas.
So, with the snow storm from hell raging outside, today was a perfect day to immerse myself in some code writing.
The two biggest changes are:
1) When you click on a link, it now opens in a new window. This will save you from having to hit the back button each time you want to get back to JaCG. This is not yet working if you click on a link for another JaCG page (such as in today's Rover P6 post), but works on all external links (or at least it should). I'm going to work on the JaCG links, but not today. (I'm really not a big fan of dealing with computer code.)
2) The homepage now has less posts on it. Not a big deal, it just makes it look better.
I am by no means a whiz when it comes to HTML. Let me know if you find any problems or faults in the blog. (There's a good chance I won't be able to fix it, but at least I'll know!)
