I dont see any issue with your case and that the scenario any one expects while using AC21 .
95 % of the cases I-485 will not be denied if you have proper documentation and you have to take that risk .

Great enthusiasm everywhere. Individual states may not be good location, because you may not be able to pull a lot of crowd, a common city like DC or NYC is would be most ideal place.
DC rally was in the cooking but it is on hold for now.
Going by how little response we got from DC people for the flower campaign to our please to go to USCIS on the day of the flower delivery - I am a little sceptical about the success of the DC rally unless we get a good infusion of people from outside.
DC rally will probably be the most important one so it has to have superb planning and execution and it has to be on a working day.

I am no expert but I believe you got this query because you did not include reference letters along with your labor application. For example if the job requires 2 years of of java experience then you need to include letters proving that you have worked in java for 2 years and thus you are the suitable person for the position.

Thank you very much guys. I reported them to the Department of Labor. I actually called them based on the phones number that were given their website.My ex-employer is in NY. I called the Buffalo department of labor(federal). She took all my details and ex-employer details. She said that she will follow up with them and ask them to send the check. Meanwhile, I will try to approach the NY state department of labor.

You will need to choose whether you want to move on to EAD or stick to H1. EAD has benefits but has a hidden risk of getting your AOS denied. H1B has portability and has some breathing room in case of application being denied. But how much of a breathing room does H1B give if one is close to the 6 year gap? You have 3 years, so it may be good to stay on H.
Since you have been able to file 485 and have an opportunity to move to another employer, multiple things:
- thank your luck that you were able to file AOS. :)
- if you are suffocating in the present job and want to really move, then use EAD after 6 months. It is better to not suffocate for ever.

They randomly sent some apps to TSC and some to CSC to reduce load in NSC. There are some people on these forums trying to discern some logic and identify a pattern based on location, I-140 approval ,etc, but all that is simply a waste of time for there is no pattern here.

Did your EB3 I-140 got approved? To get the Priority date the I140 needs to be approved. If the U-140 based upon the EB3 filing is approved you can port the Priority date to a newer I-140 (subsequently to the I-485). Key is approval of both I-140

Yes my 140 is approved. I verified it and it is showing priority date of my EB3 labour.
But my employer told me that he has processed my application in EB2 too. So i think he made some statements not correct.... Ok i shall check with him to route things properly.

Yet another consideration for EB3 (or rather to EB2 I/C as well) is many people were single when they filed I-485, and now after couple of years they are married, and are able to file for their dependents (thus adding ghost entries all of which are not visible in the pending numbers)

2. There is an add a member campaign: bring at least one new member.
3. Participate in your state chapter.
4. Write lawmakers in your state about issues faced by legal immigration.
5. Talk to core members if they need your help in any other way.
I have been reading this portal for sometime now, I think it is time for me to act now. How do I support IV team? I have seen so many friends in this portal saying support the team, but the question is how does IV team need our support. Please suggest.
