1987 Audi 4000

These cars (and all Audis, for that matter) became virtually worthless in the US for awhile after the whole (false) unintended acceleration disaster. Many, many good cars wound up in junkyards or used as beaters. Consequently, there are few left. This is one of the cleanest 4000s I've seen in a very long time.

This is an incredibly clean, 52,000 mile car. It has a few minor scrapes, but no rust. The interior and underside look great.

There are two downsides to this car. It's an automatic and it's not a quattro. But, if you don't live in an area that gets a lot of snow and if you don't mind having the car shift for you, this would be a great classic car to use as a commuter or everyday car.
